Friday, November 07, 2008  – BioCentric Energy, Inc. ("BCEI” or “The Company") announces that it has reached an amicable agreement with BioCentric Energy Holdings, Inc., (Pink Sheets: BEHL) for cancellation of the planned merger agreement prior to the completion.
